Suppose you can't do it all, shouldn't you empower others?
I have in mind opening up the Ethiopian economy to commercial entrepreneurs. To supply cheaper water, electricity, medical services, banking, logistics, education, telecommunication, agriculture, transportation, subsurface resources, etc. The Ethiopian government should stop fearing that abundant and successful private sector will undermine its authority . This is as communistic as Eritrea is which impoverished it.
