The conditions are as follows:
1. First, Tigray must remove the Diqalu Leba Fetlewor, Debresiol GebreAnzar and Alem G/Nahid.
2. North Tigray must tell Tigrayans to control Alowuha River and Angareb River Metema Huhannes and Al fashika regions.
