Outsourcing!

Ethiopians like very much to migrate, they migrate and then drop their acquired skills and take up low level skill, just to live in the foreign country and perhaps earn more than they can back home.

Many PhD holders have migrated to the west and ended up taking up unskilled labor jobs in the destination countries. America is a testimony for this claim.

Now there is no need to go to America to get the job that meets your qualification, the job itself is coming to your doorstep. It is called Outsourcing. Many young Ethiopians are already taking up such an opportunity without the need to cross oceans, right from their hometown.

India is a pioneer in this regard, Ethiopia is following the suite.

Hightech jobs (IT and some other high-skill) don't require you to be in-place, you can work remote. The only requirement is internet connection!

የኢትዮጵያ ወጣት ተኝቶ ማደር ሳይሆን የለመደዉን ሽምደዳ አሁን ነዉ ማጧጧፍ!

እስከአሁን የለፈዉ ትዉልድ ተኝቶዋል፣ መኝታዉ በነሱ ይበቃል። የቆየዉን ጓዝህን አራግፈህ መነሳት አሁን ነዉ፣ ተወዳዳሪ ለመሆን!

ሽምደዳ እና IT አብረው የሚሄዱ አልመሰለኝም። ሽምደዳ ማለት ነገሮችን ቃል በቃል መድገም ምን ማለት እንደሆነ ሳይረዱ መሰለኝ ትርጉሙ።
በርግጥ IT ከሀገርህ ሳትወጣ በውጪ ድርጅት ተቀጥረህ የመስራት እድል ይፈጥራል። ወደ ውጪ ለመሄድ ከሚፈልገው ሰው ጋር ሲመጣጠን ምን ያህሉ ኢትዪጺያዊ ነው ይህ እድል ሊገጥመው የሚችለው ? ከ አንድ ፐርሰንት ያነሰ ነው። የሶስተኛው አለም ድህነት እስከፀና ድረስ ወጣቶች እድላቸውን ሰሜን አሜሪካና ምእራቡ አለም መሻታቸው አይቀሬ ነው።
ግን መጪው ፓለቲካ ብዙ ተስፋ የሚሰጣቸው አይመስልም።
የ ትራምፕ አሜሪካ መጀመሪያ እንቅስቃሴ ከጅምሩ ያንን “ ፍልሰት” ኢላማ ያደረገ ነው። በዛም ምክንያት ነው ጠንካራ የፓለቲካ ሀይል ሊሆን የቻለው።
ከ ብሪታኒያ የ አውሮፓን ህብረት መፉታት በሃላ በአብዛኛው የ አውሮፓ አገራት የአክራሪ ቀኝ ፓለቲካ እያደገ ነው። ለዛም እንቅስቃሴ ህይወት ማበብ አዲስ መጤዎችን የ መፉራት እሴት ሚና አለው።
የ ሶስተኛው አገር መሪዎች — በተለይ የአፉሪካ መሪዎች — remittance እን የ አገራቸውን የወደፊት ኢኮኖሚ መገንቢያ አድርገው ካሰሉ ተሳስተዋል። በጂኦግራፊ ቅርበት ያላቸው ለምሳሌ ሜክሲኮ በ remittance መጠቀም የመቀጠል እድሉ ብዙም በቅርቡ ለይጎዳ ይችላል።
የ አፉሪካ ወጣቶች የወደፊት እድል ግን የሚወሰነው በአፉሪካ የ ኢኮኖሚ ሁኔታ መሰለኝ።
የ አፉሪካ በ ኢኳኖሚ ማደግ ብቻ ነው የ አፉሪካ ወጣቶችና መጪው ትውልድ ተስፋ መሆን ያለበት።

Yes, talk about Ethiopia’s growth potential after knowledge has been drilled into the ቃልቻ colonized ቃሉ mantra.

Do you remember for how long you read that mantra? Have you ever been a party to that mantra? If so, have you freed yourself from it before you wrote this piece?

You won’t be the last to come out of that mantra and talk about Ethiopia and all Ethiopians of merits and Ethiopian citizens alike.

You must have been in that mantra when you were preaching recently about ኣንጻራዊ ለዉጥ even though መሠረታዊ ለዉጥ was set in motion and progressing long before then. Yes, knowledge sets it in motion after enlightening you that ቃልቻ colonized ቃሉ is mere mantra.

You have been preoccupied about defining yourself and how other group of people would define and present themselves to the rest of the country. Now, you wake up and talk about how India pioneered outsourcing.

Some skilled Indian Professors have more in the store for you if you are literate enough to go and read the records that they have put in that store that matter in more ways for Ethiopia’s development.

Don’t be disappointed if ራስ ጎበና was the conqueror on that formidable front on many records as judged by the skilled neutral Indian Professors. He was for Ethiopia, which includes you. He wasn’t against you. You could have been grateful to him and be party to perfecting the Ethiopian project that he was involved in. You chose or was deceived to be ungrateful for that for a long time.

Don’t forget to ask your village boy who presumably got equal opportunities in front of those skilled Indian Professors: ምነዉ ትምህርት ቤት ስትተዋወቁ? That is if you haven’t already called him ኦርመ ጎጃም instead of ወገነ ወለጋ።
