A country that was unable to pay back its $33 M debt is now suddenly also in a position to lend over $ 738 M to others (over 22 fold of the alleged debt on itself).
How can that happen under the sky?

Tell the ascaris to mind their business! The profit from Ethiopian Airlines alone could fund such mega projects every year!
