I know many Mereja members are ungrateful, but still use the following for your own benefit

If you are above the 45 years mark already, then one of the top issues that keeps you busy should be about how to keep your health. The center of health is your heart, that is why you should keep an eye on your heart-beat patterns and also measures. A very important metric to gauge your health.

As such keeping the pattern and level of your heartbeat is a tantamount of keeping your health, the most precious commodity of life.

To keep your heartbeat there is now a well established formula and it is very simple: make 10,000 steps of walking a day.

Buy yourself the so called tracker, a simple gauging device of your steps. (it costs you not much more than a single meal in a restaurant for the beginning phase at least).

Keep track of your daily steps, we all do walk but walk optimally and beat the goal, which is the key.

10,000 steps a day!
