These 4 elements are said to be determined to be the main pillars of the motivation of a change for one of Ethiopia's main and key national institution.

Let's leave for aside, at least for a while, which institution this was and ask ourselves if the said pillars are indeed warranted to be considered the true pillars of institutional change?

In case we come to the conclusion that these are indeed the core/key elements of a given modern day institution of a nation, like that of Ethiopia, have all the remaining key national institutions of the nation made their focus on them, in their endeavor of achieving a change? This could help us to understand and scrutinize the institutional strength of those key institution in the country.

If we decide they are not the core elements of institutional change in your view, then what are those you may think could be more vital for a modern day national institution and its change to achieve progress?

I think we have many people in here, who like to claim to know almost everything and as such could help us to understand the issues more objectively. At the end of the day objectivity should be the goal for us to make any change or an impact.

I think there is no more a proof than this post that shows this forum is filled with bunch of idiots. Just look at the number of clicks this topic garnered, which is purely a scientific topic.
