What do you think the reason is.
Eritrea and the Eritrean government are doing everything they can do the Somalians and their armies. It is not like Eritrea is wealthy and can afford what is being extended to Somalia. If so, what is the reason? I have read that the people and government of Somalia had helped the Eritreans during their struggle for their independence, however, I am assuming that giving the proximity between Eritrea and Sudan, the Sudanese people and government has done more that the Somalians. Eritreans are not helping the Sudanese militarily as they are helping the Somalians. What is the reason for Eritreans to go all out to help Somalia. You know there is no free lunch, right? so, what is it.

Just as the Eritrean policy towards Ethiopia has always been to see a united, strong and prosperous Ethiopia that is at peace with herself and neighbors, our unwavering support for the great people and nation of Somalia is based on the same principle that neither time nor circumstances can change it.
