Ethiopia is no more safe with frequent reporting of kidnappings for ransom around Addis Ababa and in Oromia. Does Abiy think he is governing the country even with out securing his home base Oromia? What is Oromia President Shimels doing ? It looks kidnapping & armed robbery is expanding to Addis Abeba and Abiy's is being reduced to virtual government only in "Arat kilo & the government media ". Can we say Ethiopia and Abiy government are already failed one?
