I doubt he would cave that fast . What leverage do the IGAD members have to put this MOU as null and void. Where do Uganda and Kenya stand in all of this. Somalia and Djibouti and Eritrea seem to be united on one front. Ethiopia Kenya and Ethiopia and sudan where do they stand. Sudan might also been on the side of Somalia. How ever Sudan is not what it used to be. What about south sudan.

We don't care about the existence of IGAD itself, leave alone how it might address this case.

All of them could go side with Ethiopia and this won't grant Ethiopia to misappropriate our ancestral land.

Let's say the truth. Ethiopians know Somalis quite well and haven't got the balls to do anything other scribble bullsh.it on peace of paper and keep parroting that Ethiopia needs sea access.

IGAD itself is irrelevant and is just a formality.
