What angered Somalia?

According to a German language on-line media (FAZ), it is not a violation of its sovereignty rather its giving of a sea access to Ethiopia:

The breakaway region wants to give Ethiopia access to the sea in the Horn of Africa. This angers Somalia, which does not recognize Somaliland's independence.

At the same time a Somaliland politician made it clear that his country will never give away a piece of his land for the natural right, which it has already defacto, eloquently on Focus on Africa of BBC itself.
