Have u even read the results of the talks. They just agreed to talks the talks have been going on since 2012. And it is the longest stalemate in the Horn of Africa since 1991 I doubt it can be solver in the next coming decades but who knows .
For now Somaliland made clear it wish to remain a separate country . And Somalia refuses to recognise its quest for statehood hence a stalemate indeed. It will be a long shot before it will be solved but we in Djibouti will try to do everting to make the two sides come closer
