BEIJING, Oct. 17 -- China and Ethiopia have announced elevating the bilateral ties to an "all-weather strategic partnership," according to a joint statement. Chinese President Xi Jinping met with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed on Tuesday, prior to the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
The Chiness have a very strange way of throwing their messages. They choose to call their agreement with Dr. Abi "all-weather strategic partnership,". They mean they want parnership with Dr. Abi that can withstand all weather conditions. They must have come with that name after they realised that the dude is as fake as fake plants.
