Just listen to Wedi Afom’s international media press briefing. The guy is too damn smart and visionary.
Every thing he was asked, he answered them truthfully and years later he accomplished what he was telling the journalists….including the untimely death of meles and the shooting in the head of Abay Xehsie (was that his name, and seyoum mesfin and the rest.
It might take him time, but he doesn’t forget what a scum bag enemy said and in due time he sends them to hell.
So any enemy leader should be aware what they say behind his back….for he will do them.
Man, I love me Wedi Afom.
Genius just genius.

It is a well known fact Isaias has mental problems ( that is why he committed genocide on his own people). That has further aggravated now with the fast growth of brain blowing tumor and we will see his end soon!

Cigar,
It was not Ethiopia or Eritrea’s fault that the rulers of Italy of the late 19th century came to colonize the Horn of Africa, among others.
It is a painful scar that their delegation was left in Eritrea after the battle of Adwa.
The subsequent struggles have been more so. It is particularly sad that Eritrean civilians were expelled from Ethiopia as if they didn’t belong in Ethiopia after Eritrea became an independent country.
There are many of us that see it as a tragic division in a family, precipitated by the rulers of the late 19th century rulers of Italy.
After their long struggles, both Isaias and the late Meles emerged as leaders of their fronts with a command of the English language as well as basic logic that are better than those of many professors even if they ended up responding to that tragic family division that was imposed from without. How sad?
Despite this tragic division in the family, I have imagined for a long time now that you would be the first person to post a contrast of how the two leaders reacted when they were heckled in New York by protesters from their respective countries. It doesn’t mean one is necessarily superior to the other. The simple contrast is one bowed down. The eyes of the other shot directly toward the direction of the heckler like that of the eyes of a lion. I saw them in one of the news clips on YouTube. I bet they would scare even you, the fervent supporter for a long time now. I waited for a long time to come from you but to no avail unless I missed it.
BTW, I beg you to dot down every words of wisdom from your late mother that you remember. One of those that you mentioned a while back has stuck with me as one that could come from an Ethiopian mother. Perhaps. those kinds of words of wisdom could remind us about our common heritage starting in ancient times and bring us closer in due time instead of the impositions from without pulling us apart.

When farmers are turned into mercenary soldiers serving the strategic interest of another country, food-aid replaces their staple food which their survival depends on, and which they also have to earn by sacrificing their lives. None of the decision makers decision takers of that time paused to ask whether there's value in sacrificing human dignity for food-aid, earning their country "the poster child for famine" label which the sympathy seekers gladly wore as a badge of honor. It all started on September 15, 1952, a date which will live in infamy.
