With regard to GERD, I do not understand why Egypt and Ethiopia failed to agree on the technical, legal and commercial agreements after more than 10 years discussion/ negotiation. Abiy has to make any concession to Egypt subject to Egypt stopping sabotaging Ethiopia, and supporting it to have Acess to Red Sea( Abiy Bring Back Our Acess to Red Sea!) That will make Isaias irrelevant and coming home empty handed. On the issue of Sudan both countries have to make sure that the civil war is stopped immediately and both rivals fighting has to agree on a transition arrangement for democracy.
