Anyone who is familiar with TPLF's modus operandi can easily tell that former TPLF intelligence officers pretending to be the government's security officers kidnapped and tortured the man in an effort to discredit the government. His story is similar to the one told by Journalist Araya Tesfamariam who endured the same cruel and dehumanizing abuse at the hands of TPLF security officers.
