  (A) - Al-Burhan issued a constitutional decree to relieve the Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Muhammad Hamdan Dagalo (Hemedti), from his post, starting from yesterday, May 19, 2023 AD. Al-Burhan also issued a constitutional decree assigning Malik Agar (ማሊክ ዓጋር) to the position of Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, starting from Friday, and directed the General Secretariat of the Sovereignty Council and the concerned authorities in the state to put the constitutional decree into effect. Malik Agar(ማሊክ ዓጋር)is a member of the Sovereignty Council and head of the People's Movement(ኣል-ሓራካ ኣል-ሻዕብያ) (North), and he assumed his position in the year of the Council within the Juba Peace Agreement signed in October 2020.

  (C) - On the same day, Friday, May 19, 2023 AD, and a few minutes after Aqar accepted the position of Vice-President of the Sovereignty Council, urgent news came, stating that Al-Burhan had appointed Lieutenant General / Shams El-Din Kabbashi as Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. The appointment of Lieutenant General Staff/ Yasser Abdel-Rahman Hassan Al-Atta, assistant to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and the appointment of Lieutenant-General Bahri Muhandis (ባሕሪ ሙሃንዲስ), adviser/ Ibrahim Jaber Ibrahim Karima, assistant to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.

  3- The question that is still looking for an answer, did Al-Burhan deliberately and insistently not appoint a general as his deputy in the military council, whether he was a member of the council or from the military institution, for fear that he might turn against him as “Hemedti” turned and made him taste bitterness, and that he was determined not to repeat the previous mistake and appoints a general again, and he followed the well-known saying, “Does one allow himself to get a sting twice from the same hole?!”
  
  4- There is a question that is still looking for an answer, why was Al-Burhan 34 days late in relieving “Hemedti” from his post, and this exemption did not come until today, Friday, May 19, 2023 AD?!! And why, until today, is General / “Hemidti” still in his military rank, first lieutenant general, and has not been stripped of his rank and title?!! .
  
  5- The thing that is not clear and vague about the issue of the new appointments that included Kabashi, Yasser and Ibrahim, are they still members of the Sovereignty Council?!!, Or are they, in addition to the new military jobs, still members of the Council?!!... And why are these three (Kabashi, Yasser and Ibrahim) always with the big share in the power cake from 2019 AD until today, excluding the others from the officers of the military institution?!! .
  
  6- There is also a question that is still searching for an answer. Did Al-Burhan feel, or perhaps reliable intelligence information has reached him, that there are strong movements against him within the armed forces that were recently issued by officers and military leaders who criticized many of the wrong military decisions issued by Al-Burhan. During the past day, it led to results that are not in favor of the armed forces, which are waging fierce battles in more than ten places in the Triangle capital, Kordofan and Darfur.... Therefore, Al-Burhan decided to appoint Kabashi, Yasser, and Ibrahim, so that their work would be from within the General Command, and to resolve any disobedience or rebellion emanating from the opponents of the directives of ( Al-Burhan)?!! .Otherwise, why the new appointments?!!.
