The army commander always avoided confrontation and tended to integrate them with political pressure. But the politicians allied with them as a result of their lack of experience and temporary tactics, and they did not look to the future and its strategies, as their only concern was to reach the seat of power, and nothing else, no matter what. Thus, with Qadir's ability, the army commander became, in their view, against the revolution, and the leader of the "rapid support" militia was the protector of the revolution and democracy.
