Hallucinations means something someone wishes but could not or will never be materialized in real world. Thus, what you stated about PIA controlling Chigray bla bla….has been already done. He already checked the box, i.e, controlled the entire Chigray and have all your Weyane leaders flee wetting their pants to Qola Temben. Who wants to rule your Chigar Kilil for long? What to gain? Except feeding a starving population for no end insight.
