█▓▒░What Kubur President Isaias Afewerki is Saying...░▒▓█

Post by Fiyameta » 02 May 2023, 22:29

Translation below.... 8) 8) 8)

  • If the Sudanese people fleeing the conflict in their home country arrive at our doorstep, we have no problem welcoming them into our homes and sharing the little food we have with them. Our hospitality is inseparable from our humanity and we don't compromise the dignity of another human being.

But one thing is for certain. We will never allow the so-called international "humanitarian" agencies to set up refugee camps in Eritrea. We are more than capable of providing adequate care for our Sudanese brothers and sisters that cross the border seeking safety. They are not "refugees," they are our brothers and sisters in every sense of the word!

What I'm telling you is a matter of the Eritrean people's long-standing policy that dates back to ancient times. We will never issue our house guests "refugee cards", or beg food aid in their name, because doing so would go against our moral values and principles deeply embedded in our national collective unconscious. Our vision is to see people move freely and settle anywhere within the Horn of Africa region.

Excellent and congruent with Eritrean values
Our vision is to see people move freely and settle anywhere within the Horn of Africa region.
Dangerous for small countries, not practiced anywhere in the world. Sad to see that Isaias has this vision for our country. If he is making decisions and formulating policies based on this vision, wow!

If Europeans can live anywhere within the 27 countries that make up the European Union, why do you think self-respecting Africans need a permission to envision themselves doing the same thing? :|

Eritrea is currently hosting 240,000 Tegaru Prisoners of War that are undergoing rehabilitation.

I'm not sure if Europeans can live anywhere within the European Union. But even if they do, it doesn't mean Eritrea has to do that. What I know for sure though is that Americans, Canadians and Mexicans cannot live anywhere they want in North America, or Brazilians, Argentinians and Columbians anywhere they want in S America, or Japanese, Chinese and Koreans anywhere they want in South East Asia.

Isaias' vision of "Horn of Africans" living anywhere they want in Horn of Africa is a vision he might share with Dr Bereket or Haile Menqerios or Kassa Kebede or Dawit Woldegiorgis. It is not a vision he shares with the average Eritrean. He could boldly and unambiguously announce it and see how many genuine Eritreans buy into his vision. It is really scary for a president of a small country to have a such vision, and I hope he doesn't try to implement it all by himself.

Why are you posting Fake News?

When was PIA called the Abiy government “የባዛር መንግሥት ''?
On his latest interview, he never mentioned Abiy or his government and yet here you and your likes are making up ypur own story. It is no secret that you people are working overtime to pit Eritrea against Ethiopia.

I'm an average Eritrean and I share my President's vision for the integration of Horn of African countries economies, the introduction and the use of a common currency, free movement of people and residency. We average Eritreans will implement this vision using the power of persuasion and influence, for we have more in common with our neighbors than the differences that separate us. Focusing on our commonality is one step in the right direction.

There are 98 countries in the world that are smaller in size than Eritrea. For instance, the State of Israel is smaller than Eritrea, but you will never hear Israelis calling their country "small." Most people think small because they are afraid of success. King Solomon on Proverbs said "Where there is no vision, the people perish." Dare to have a bold vision. I'm not small, I think big, and I have a vision! So should you! 8)

Fiyameta, while this Justo person can believe what he/she wants, you have hit the nail on the head. No need for me to repeat what you posted above bro. May President Isaias, aka PIA, stay healthy until the inevitable happens, which, unfortunately, nobody can stop. Not even me! LOL!

When the dust settles, a stable Sudan will emerge that contributes to the stabilization efforts in the region. It's unfortunate that African countries have to endure calamities when breaking the shackles of Neo-colonialism.
