There is no wrong time that is not enough to stop fighting and create peace.Peace doesn't need reason and time. Hatred destroys, makes you blind, pushes you away, and builds love. Peace and light are the beginning of everything. We Ethiopians have enough war history but we don't have enough peace history to tell. It is better to discuss for twenty years than to fight for two years. Let us understand that solving our problems through discussion and discussion is the key of civilization. I am asking in front of all Ethiopian people to go to Bahir Dar and embrace his brothers. I am asking Dr. Yilikal Kefale to go to Mekelle and hug his brothers. Peace is not easily found, it needs hard work, perseverance and bravery. Even though the respected people of Tigray have a strong blood relation with the respected and brotherly Amhara people, Mr. Getachew Reda and Dr. Yilikal Kefale Mejgen are required to resolve the misunderstanding caused by political unrest. Today is a very happy day for Ethiopia. It is the day we get out of that war and talk about peace building. Ethiopia is not only wishing peace for her brotherly people but also sending peace keepers but also sending 50 thousand quintals of wheat and medicines to Sudan Ethiopian Aid is ready to go to Khartoum. The people of Sudan need support from the people of Ethiopia. It is time for Ethiopians to help our people by sharing our identity like we used to. I would like to express my wish for the Sudanese leaders to organize such a program in Khartoum. Two events will take place next week, one of them will be led by the vice president of our party and will go to Mekelle. To wipe the eyes of those who read, to repair the damaged areas, to share with the people they have and to continue this peaceful beginning. The trip to Mekelle in the coming days will be a day that all regions will show that they are with the people of Tigray. The second event the negotiation with OLF will start in Tanzania. The Ethiopian government and people need this negotiation. I call on all parties participating in this negotiation to think about today and know that we will not benefit from conflict and war and do what they can to do so that the people of Wollega can get rid of the current problem. Dear Ethiopians, Ethiopia will prosper, Ethiopia will persevere, Ethiopia will continue. There is no power that can stop Ethiopia. The only force that will stop Ethiopia is our hatred.
