- An independent Oromia - could be decided by referendum in accordance to Article 39.
- Establishing West Oromia/ Wellega state / more autonomy - could be decided by referendum & negotiation
- Power / resource sharing - easy to agree and implement as far is PM Abiy stays in power
- Opening the democratic space for fare competition and election- required for all political parties in Ethiopia
- Ethinic cleansing of Oromia - illegal & not possible
- Using Oromifa as Federal language - possible side by side with Amharic but in Oromia Amharic & Oromifa to be used.
- Disarmament and demobilization issues - easy to agree and implement
- Integrate Addis Ababa with Oromia & name it Finfine - should be determined through referendum of Addis Ababa dwellers only .
- Post war reconstruction - easy to agree and implement
- Oromonization of Ethiopia - not possible Oromos are minority compared to all Ethiopians
