The inauguration of this new school in Eritrea should have been witnessed by Semere Russom, the Eritrean minister of education and ambassador to Ethiopia. I have a vague suspicion that his inability to attend the inauguration of this new school was due to his preoccupation with the situation in Ethiopia.
