Gallas ( especially OPDOs) despite 30 yrs of experiences ( though the experiences they acquired from TPLF was not good enough), they are the worst even for their own people. Anyone with genuine and civilized response only. What do these people lack?
I will start, my observation is , they lack:-
1/ Wisdom
2/ Confidence
3/ Flexiblity
4/ ……
