I can understand Dawit to a certain extent.
He is worried the rife crimes of killing, rape etc. in Tigray (particularly in Mekele) will spread to Amhara regions of Welkayit and others if it is not contained sooner than later. He must have taken notice of professor Haregeweini's interview.
