I doubt those throwing ethnic slurs at least 90% are not Amaras but Shabia groups and Tplf who have a great deal from benefiting from the civil war in Ethiopia because it means weakening Ethiopia which gives them huge leverage from complete control of the nation with no competitors. The current Olf are the Tesfaye G/Ebab and Werkeneh Grbeyehu types born and bred in Oromo-speaking regions whose job is to make sure Oromos hate Ethiopia and Amara.
Right now the Liberation fronts and their foreign masters: not just Olf , are designing war between Oromos and Amaras. Because you are frustrated and have no power, what you have is ethnic slurs which is proving your weakness instead of organizing in every way how to save Ethiopia and defeat enemies which first starts building strong diplomacy with those who love Ethiopia in order to gain support and creating network. Don't expect from govt who maybe part of the enemy or is just tool or could not do anything.

The war will be between Fano and olf. The people will not be involved, at least we see oromos are now opposing what adanech and olf are doing. The Amhara again and again have the higher moral ground here, the oromos know they don't have a real or a universal couse to fight this which makes the war is already over, so the oromos will not be involved directly and willingly. If they somehow do they will be agame numero dos.
