This statement alone is big humiliation for the genocidal Galla and Amhara child killers.
Ethiopia and Tigrayan are two separate and equal states
Tigray is recognised as separate to Ethiopia.
If they recognised Tigray as part of Ethiopia, statement would have said something like "The Fed Gov of Ethiopia and the Tigrayan authority"
Ethiopia and Tigrayan AUTHORITIES (plural) denoting as equal.
