It’s with great pride and sense of accomplishment that I introduce to you the publication of my dictionary book on Amazon.
Exactly 12 years ago, a dream to see a comprehensive Spanish-Tigrigna dictionary was planted in my head and today that dream has been made reality.
This couldn’t have come at a more challenging but the right time for Tigray.
It’s my utmost goal to inspire and motivate my fellow Tegarus to do your best to develop our Tigrigna language and connect it will all international languages at a time where the mere existence of Tigray and Tigrayan identity is at great risk.
Despite this great risk the resilience of Tegarus back home and in the diaspora gives me the most hope that Tigray will prevail. That Tigray once again will become a hub for Tourism for its unique, authentic, amazing culture, history, art and more that the world should know Tigray for. Tigray has so much to offer than being known for as center of war and genocide that our enemies are determined to do. This hope and dream are the core reason for the publication of this dictionary.
