If TPLF made a statement in Amharic, then you can guess that it advanced, even when that is a short lived one like that of Kobo "capturing" of yesterday.
If it decides to issue that statement in Tigrigna, then it is an indication that the group is on retreat and on the receiving end of the battle front.
If it didn't issue any statement in any of the languages like for example today and chose to remain silent instead, then it means the group is in disarray, couldn't even collect its loses, like what happened in Kobo today.
