Misraq was correct, birhanu barely made 50k a year all his life. So he has been broke for the life style he wanted to live. He was supposed to appreciate his 50k and live with his honor as a professor. I assume he is near 60 years so he figured he will soon will be dropped from his teaching position or they won't be paying him more so he took the fake education minster position throwing Gurage people and others under the bus. That is what happned when one is in a businesses in conflict with the mission of the businesses. He basically is not in politics to sacrifice for the people. He is in there for his personal goal.
