1. Suspend the current Ethiopian constitution brought in 1994
2. Unilaterally impose an interim mini constitutional charter until a new permanent constitution of Ethiopia is ratified by the Ethiopian people
3. Both the interim charter and the subsequent next permanent constitution should ABOLISH the current regional states aka ethnic bantustans in favour of only multiethnic provinces named after its main city
4. Both the interim charter and the next permanent constitution will declare:
a) Ethiopia is indivisible and therefore secession is banned
b) ethnic and other type of subnational political parties are banned
5. Say to every country in the world that Tigray no longer exists and that any country recognising Tigray as independent will see its diplomatic relations with Ethiopia fully terminated
