A. ENDF should create explosive ammunition - When someone fires this ammunition it explodes on them and essentially kills them or amputates their arms.
B. Put battery powered tracking chips inside the stocsk of the AK47/74s. - Use this to guide your drones for strikes and intelligence.
C. Embed Afaan Oromoo speaking spies within OLA by having them join the organization and relay information.
D. Start wildfires on suspected areas where Shene fighters are located and use drones to gather intelligence and conduct strikes.

How to accomplish this:

A. Whenever Shene engages in battles leave some guns and ammunition behind - mix real ammo with explosive ammo (70/30 split) and some guns with tracking GPS.
