What people forget is that it requires a great deal of experience, knowledge, provable achievements and skills to lead a country.
The PM has none of that. You can’t learn the job of leading a country as a PM on the Job. Impossible. That is why nations spent a great deal of resources in choosing their leaders. Even though most nations around the world has a not so perfect institutions and a well trained beaurocray to help the leadership. Ethiopia has none of that. The judiciary institution is upside down. A PM give the order to arrest, to realse or kidnapp citizens.
