Think about the 600 million birr public funds wasted on holiday street lunches & food sharing; how many farmers who have been forced to return to neanderthal farming would the funds help by supporting them with shared community oxen or tractors?

Do these people understand the tradeoffs of their economic decisions on how they use scarce public resources?



ከንቲባ ወ/ሮ አዳነች አቤቤ በዛሬው እለት ለ2000 ሰዎች የማእድ ማጋራት አከናወኑ፡፡

የከተማ አስተዳደሩ በዛሬው እለት በመላው ከተማይቱ ከ195ሺህ በላይ ለሆኑ ዜጎች የማእድ ማጋራት ስነስርዓት እያከናወነ ሲሆን ከንቲባ ወ/ሮ አዳነች አቤቤ በአጠቃላይ የከተማውን የማእድ ማጋራት በማስጀመር በከተማ ደረጃ ለ2000 ሰዎች ማእድ አጋርተዋል፡፡

በዚህ ስነስርዓት ላይ አስተያየታቸውን የሰጡት ከንቲባ አዳነች ከህዝባችን ጋር አብረን እንዳለን ፤ስለነሱ እንደምናስብ ፤እንደምንጨነቅ ካለን በማካፈል እነሱን እንደምናገለግል የምንገልፅበት ፕሮግራም ነው ብለዋል፡፡

አላማውም አሁን ያለውን ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ግሽበት ማቃለልና መደጋገፍ ነው ያሉት ከንቲባ አዳነች በከተማችን ብዙ ደጋፊ የሌላቸው፤ ብዙ ተመልካች የሌላቸው ሰዎች አሉ፤ እነዚህን ወገኖች ጠጋ ብለን ኑሯቸውን በመመልከት የተለያዩ ድጋፎችን ልናደርግላቸው ይገባል ብለዋል፡፡
ነገር ግን ይህ አሁን የገጠመንን ችግር የምንሻገርበት ጊዝያዊ መፍትሄ ነው ያሉት ከንቲባ አዳነች በዘላቂነት ችግሮችን ለመፍታት የከተማው አሰርተዳደር ጎን ለጎን በርካታ ስራዎችን እየሰራ ይገኛል ብለዋል፡፡
ከዚህ ውስጥ ምርትን በማሳደግ ተግቶ በመስራት፤ ስንፍናን በማስወገድ የአኗኗር ዘይቤን በማሻሻል፤ የግብይት ሰንሰለቱን በማሳጠር ፤እና ምግባችን በጓሮአችን ብለን በመነሳት በከማ ግብርና የምግብ ዋስትናችንን ለማረጋገጥ እየሰራን ነው ህብረተሰቡም ይህን ስራ ሳያቃልል ሳይንቅ በዚህ ስራ ላይ ሊረባረብ ይገባል ብለዋል፡፡

ከንቲባ ወ/ሮ አዳነች አስተዳደሩ ለዚህ ተግባር 600 ሚሊዮን ብር ማሰባሰቡን ገልፀው 500 ሚሊዮን ብር ከአስተዳደርና ከህዝብ አቅም በማስተባበር መዋሉን ገልፀው ቀሪውን 100 ሚሊዮን ብር የከተማዋ በጎ ባለሃብቶች (አዋሽ ባንክ ሚድሮክ፤ ሆራ ትሬዲንግና ፤ MWS ትሬዲንግ) ላደረጉት አስተዋፅኦ ምስጋናቸውን አቅርበዋል፡፡

መስጠት አያጎድልም!! በመስጠት ምክንያት ብዙ በረከት ወደ ስራችሁ ይገባል፡፡ መልካምነትን ታተርፋላችሁ፤ ታስተምሩበታላችሁ፤ ያሉት ከንቲባ አዳነች አቤቤ ለነጋዴው ማህበረሰብ ባስተላለፉት መልእክት በዚህ ወቅት ለህዝቡ ማዘን አለባችሁ ለትርፍ ብቻ ሳይሆን ዜጎችም እንዳይጎዱ ለህሊናችሁ ስሩ ብለዋል፡፡
የከተማችን መካከለኛ ገቢ ያላችሁ ሰዎች ሰው ባያያችሁም የሚያያችሁ አለና ከሁሉ በላይ አጠገባችሁ የሚኖሩ ሰዎችን ማእድ አጋሩ፤የምታጋሩት ባይኖር እንኳን ፍቅራችሁን አጋሯቸው አትንፈጓቸው በማለት መልእክት አስተላልፈዋል፡፡

የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ህብረተሰብ ተሳትፎ ማስተባበርያ ሃላፊ አቶ አስፋው እንደተናገሩት ደግሞ ከእነዚህ ድጋፎች የዛሬውን ጨምሮ በአጠቃላይ ለ240ሺህ እማወራና አባወራ የማእድ ማጋራት መከናወኑን ገልፀው ከዚህ በተጨማሪ ባለፉት ሁለት ሳምንታት ታላቁ የረመዳን ወርን ምክንያት በማድረግ በወረዳ ደረጃ 77 የአፍጥር ፕሮግራሞች መከናወኑንና 18ሺህ 335 ሙስሊም ወንድምና እህቶች ጋር ማፍጠር መቻሉን ገልፀዋል፡፡

some thing u have to laugh what this people are doing ... this none stop spending will never happened if the mayor forced to put his 10% salary when ever he spend money. for example she give 100 million of birr for Amhara okay give your ten% income ... if that is the case she would not speak city money carelessly become she know she is going to lose her income too.

anyhow in good time if she spend money to feed the poor .. that would have created job but now if there is 1000 sheep and if she buy all the sheep the price of sheep will rise instead of going down so she is not helping she is harming the economy at this time the government should have reduce the spending and buy money out of the market by offering higher interest so people when they have less money price will drop...

my second point is i dont care those who farm their land with human power ... is not the same people who give their oxen to military so that the war can start in earliest...

my third point is this is a good time to give our farmer a small tractors that TPLF built it and store it because no buyer. at least if they r given to farmers on credit ... the farming would have modernized or allow them to rent one big tractor for day this way the whole community can use one tractor on rental base instead of one farmer owning one.. the community own collectively one tractor sharing it by time share system.
