Because it is not capable of doing it. The Abiy, Isiaias and Amhara elite alliance tried it with the support of UAE, Turkey and Iran drone teams and they failed terribly. It seems that they have mostly accepted that it is not an achievable goal and the alliance is crumbling in front of our eyes.

Tarik. Eritrea knows that the current shifta tplf leaders are useless and not woth it to kill them. It's better to just watch them from far while either tigrai people kill them or shifta tplf adwans will kill the tigrai people through a never ending famine.
