This is an important solar power project in a very poor and remote region of Eritrea, fully funded by the United Nation's (UN) UNDP.
The problem is that when Eritrea speaks about this project, it does not mention or give any credit to this UN agency that funded it 100%.
In a typical Shaebia style, the credit goes to the government -- መንግስትና.
To counteract this false claim, the UN started to post its own Youtube videos of its projects in Eritrea.

Stupido, it's the progressive idea in itself & Eritrea choosing its priorities, that makes it መንግስትናs. The UNDP decided to finance it, but we could've done it by ourselves if neccessary. Only diaspora Eritreans are enough for that. You make it sound, as if it's budgeted for hundreds of millions of $.
