It looks may be Tigringa was introduced to Agame Awuraja from Eritrea as most people from Agame used to work in Eritrea as seasonal labor. And these people brought the language back to their Awuraja. This sound a logical hypothesis. For instance, many young girls are working as housemaid in Arab countries, either though illegal trafficking or legally. Most of them are brining Arabic language, in fact with Arab babies too and they are becoming more Arab than the Arabs when it comes to being fundamentalist not even subscribing to the oldest Islamic faith of the country. I think sometime in the distant past Tigrigna and other traditions are brought southward to present Tigray. Just a thought.

I agree with you, plagiarism has been an endemic problem to the culture of these people. Many stories have been for sure distorted and twisted by these people. I have no doubt the origin of Tigrigna is in Eritrea, because Eritrea being the costal region is a gateway to many of the cultural relics of today's East Africa. River and sea are the routes where cultural and technological elements are transported and diffused. For instance, the Abiy river is a clear evidence where cross-cultural civilization facilitated. Among the most noticeable things that happened to Ethiopia, the Arch of Covenant was brought by Jews via Abay River and was kept at Tana Haiq for centuries until transferred to Axum; and the Holy Cross at Gishen Mariam came via the Abay River, etc. Thus, the read sea coast was the gateway for many of the good things that east Africa is taking pride now. Tigrigna in Tigray is kicking well. It will soon replace Amharic.
