The city of Asmara is in a state of ruin. The question is....
Is it possible to restore the city to its former glory, or would it be necessary to completely demolish it and rebuild it from the ground up?

This reminds me of Okbagabiir's (singer of ዙራ'ሞ ሃገርካ) song entitled ምጭውቲ ኣስመራ. He sings about Asmara's destruction, maybe during the independence war. But there was no war in Asmara during the city's liberation. Who would have thought Asmara ብደቃ ክትዓንው?

I'm not sure how people manage to live in such a dilapidated structure. This building should be demolished or made uninhabitable as soon as possible to ensure that no one is hurt.
