If the Galita washing logic applies to claim what you want because you washed Italian Galita then the Mexicans could have claimed America since they are plenty of American households and restaurants Galita washers.
Brave and visionary leader does not just win wars but shape the landscape according the winner vision and interests the way WWII did the winner allies did and still we breathe by their decision. Tigray and Oromo have all the golden opportunities to shape that troubling part of the world, this is the perfect time to shape it after the conclusion of both fascists war victory. Never talk like the defeated like Meles and Woyane did in 1991 to appease Amhara and the Bologna maids.
