Weyane has made so many strategic blunders over the last three decades. Trying to incorporate sovereign Eritrean territories into Tigray kilil in its 1997 map and the bloodshed that resulted and the latest preemptive strike on the Ethiopian Norther Command in Nov 2020 that carries on till this day are some of the grave blunders. As a result, thousands of Tigrian lives have been lost.

How many Tigrians do you think have lost their lives since Nov 2020 as a result of TPLF's reckless actions?

I guess 4000 per day deaths. Yesterday, airfare alone destroyed 2,500 Tigre thugs. Multiply 4000 death by the number of days and number of months since the fight broke. I would safely estimate between 550,000 to 700,000 deaths so far. Given the true population size of Tigray which is about 3.5 million this is a 20 % decline of the Tigray population. One could also safely estimate the life expectancy of Tigray might have fallen to 25 -30 years, very much below the national average of 51 years. Calculating the cost, the TPLF's brag and expansionist dream earned a bankruptcy to Tigray -lost Badme to Eritrea, its illegal occupation of Humera and Welqait expired.
