TDF and allied forces will hold national dialogue. UN, AU and other international organisation will take part as observers. Discussion will focus on bringing to justice all criminals that committed genocide against Tigray, Oromia,
Somali and other regions of Ethiopia. A programme for action after liberating Ethiopia from Abniy Ahimd Issayas will be drafted.
UN, AU, EU, USA will be advising the participants on possibilities getting investments to rebuild the economy. Investors in technology, engineering, electricity, road and house construction, educational centres ( universities will be raised to 60 from the current 50), hospitals and heal centres construction. Ethiopia under TDF and alllied Forces will again be in economic trajectory to join the supply chain to markets in Europe, USA, Asia and Africa. Visa regulations with EU, UK and USA will be arranged to give skilled and trained young Ethiopians to join the international labour market as there are not many jobs to meet the demands all youth who graduate from universities, colleges and vocational schools. Ethiopia will graduate about 100000 engineers with first degree every year to meet domestic demands in engineering. Universities will have the capacity to graduate 500000 students every year.
