I’m conveying this message through the prism of self-reflection, observations rooted in faith and a deconstruction of the veiled agendas that are being implemented in plain sight while too many of us are distracted by our differences. I also lean on my lineage and the courage of my forefather Atse Tewodros II nee Kassa Haile who was one of Ethiopia’s greatest kings. I don’t mention this fact to brag, I learned the hard way through a nearly one-year bout of depression when I stopped writing last year, the dangers of using the gift that God gives all of us to stroke one’s ego. I bring up my lineage not to boast but to make a point about true servants who give to the people and serpents who use their status to bleed humanity.

I write this article for everyone who believes in justice and that the only way to overcome evil is through love. I especially reach out to the three major faiths that are rooted in the God of Abraham. For too long, we have been fighting over our differences instead of listening to the teachings of prophets and messengers sent by Our Creator who beseech us to act with less ego and instead submit to God so He can bless us. MY ROOTS IN GONDER, HARAR AND SHEWA

Many of your maternal line are Shewan Amhara by name. Also do you know who is ras bisewer?

I’m not sure who Ras Bisawer is, we got disconnected from our family back home when we left Ethiopia. Also, on my mom’s side, I’m hearing that she is related to Haile Selassie somehow; her name is Sara Shewangizaw and her dad was Fitawari Shewangizaw Belete.

Who on Ethiopian Review/Mereje are good historians, I need info on Fitawari Shewangizaw Belete (my moms dad) (if he is related or somehow connected to Haile Selassie), information on Firawari Million Tedla (my dad’s dad), and Ras Gebreyohannes and whether or not he was in fact related to Atse Yohannes. Also Noble Amhara, any info you have about Ras Bisewer would be appreciated as well. Amesegenalew.

Selam Noble Ahmara, circling back to the statement you made about Ras Bisawer, if you have any information about him, I would love to hear it, I say that to anyone else if you have information about my family tree, especially if Ras Gebreyohannes was related to Atse Yohannes. I know there are some people here who are going to come running to insult me as a TPLF appeaser, even though I've spent two decades plus condemning them, but as I've said over and over again, my stance against them is not a stance against Tigaru people in general. I love Tigarus as I do every other community (I refuse to use the word tribe) in Ethiopia. Look forward to some positive feedback and information about my forefathers and will ignore those who choose to act like infants.

Your Gondarine family have intermarried more with the Shewan Amhara Royal family then the Tigrayan Family. There is a strong chance Ras Bisewer is another North Shewan that intermarried with the Gondarine family.

Emperor Tewodros mothers father was from the Beta Amhara royal dynasty of Sayint Amhara district they migrated to Qwara and Dembia and intermixed with the Gonderine royal Dynasty.

I suggest you not to forget your ancestory visit your homelands in North Shoa [Menz-Tegalut (land of Shewangezash] South Wollo [Sayint(Tewodroses mother homeland)-Mekdela (where tewodros died) ] and all of Gondar.

Rest assured that I never forget Gonder, if not for the sickness of tribalism that has gripped Ethiopia, I would have been representing Gonder at every turn. Even though I have never been there (yet), I have an inherent love for Gonder. However, that does not mean I disavow other parts of who I am. THat does not mean I place Gonder at a higher premium than other parts of Ethiopia, I love all equally even if I have a special place in my heart for Gonder. There is no cure for inferiority complex and Tigrayan expansionism. The Tigrayan Tribalists were attempting to ethnically cleanse gondares from their own land and implant their own settlers from Adwa-Shire-Mekele into Gondar Armachiho Qwara Metemma Debark Dansha Welkait Tegede they thought they can exterminate us and our people and take our land. There plan was to take advantage of Ethiopia loving Amhara so they can abuse our people sterilize attack insult us take our land and farms away etc. They thought they can make us like white people where we lose our defence mechanism as a people. Because of our Ethiopianism they began to think they can slowly expand and take over our whole region via ethnic cleansing and terrorism. They built Terrorist groups across Ethiopia to massacre the innocent voiceless Amhara people.

There is no cure for tribalism we must fight it with our own tribalism
