I do not think the TPLF cadres constant lie has anything to do with their smoking marijuana, or some other hard stuff. It is a ploy to save TPLF. Take the lie Getachew Reda is spreading. TPLF lost fighters in thousands, and recruits, more appropriately snatches from markets, teenagers, but he has the audacity to tell us the Abiy army is disintegrating. Is he constantly drunk and does not know what he was saying ? No, he knows what he was saying. He was sending a message to the international community : we are still alive please mediate negotiation.
The TPLF cadres get their message. They echo the same thing.
The whole purpose is for the West to put pressure on Abiy so that he negotiate. That is not however going to happen.

What Woyane, or better yet its left-overs, are dying for is dividing Ethiopians and take on one of the pieces at a time.
