To assume that PMAA and his colleagues are not doing some thinking is wrong. The West is telling you this : if you shoot at the junta you will be held responsible for shooting at a child and a person on a wheelchair. In addition to that the West and some elements in Ethiopia want you to respect the constitution of Meles, the magician, who is creating problems for the Ethiopian people from his grave.
