I suppose Dr. Abraham is waiting for a Tigrai State budget approval? Say, if some "change" is left out of it, to help out the ones you call "ምስለኔs OF TIGRAY"? Gonna be long wait!

I like to call them "good citizens" because if they were salaried government employees they would have been paid like everybody else by Abiy.
