Win win is only solution.
Brothers and sisters - political and ethnic drives has wrecked havoc in east Africa for decades and the cycle will continue after brief breaks. This tells me that people are the ultimate losers of all this exercise. If both of us don’t win, we will keep fooling ourselves and act and dance as know-it-all’s, but we both are losing. We all have to do introspection of how much of our thinking process has been captured by ethnic and regional infighting compared to how people who have controlled those drives have come to civilized ways of conflict resolution. Of course we will go about the ways we are programmed as that is hard to change but let’s do it knowing well we’re captured victims of our local circumstances that had held us from civilized and magnanimous adult thinking of conflict handling.
