Almost simultaneously:
1. American Government imposing VISA restrictions on Ethiopian Government officials;
2. The Ethiopian government granting American Government funded Telecom giant a contract.
What is going on here folks ??
Are/should these two events mutually exclusively or is it the case of “ዶሮን (ወያኔንን) ሲያታልሏት በመጫኛ ጣሏት" ?
I am sure ESAT’s “አውደ ኢኮኖሚ” will bring light on it next Sunday but just curious for the moment does someone has some explanation on this?
