The only way to bring Abiy to dialogue is to free him from Isaias!
Abiy is is unfortunately under the trap of Isaias and he cannot act as a responsible leader of 110 million in fear of what Isaias could do to him. The only way to free Abiy and bring him to dialogue that could bring the peace and stability of Ethiopia and the Horn Africa is to remove Isaias from power. His removal also frees the people of Eritrea who have been suffering under his heavy yoke that turned Eritrea to open prison for the last thirty years.
