There shouldn't be such a Russia-Africa summit, in the first place. Africa should stop prostituting itself and its resources to any resource-hungry vulture, including Russia.

Really good initiative. Bring Russia and China if they're willing to work on a win win solution. Western plutocracy can go to hell.
