I think the hotel name is “White House” ... I guess the owner is trying to attract ፈርንጂ
So the password generated to match the name of the hotel. It is so funny to name the hotel as “White House” in Ethiopia. The owner must be Agamieee aka low IQ.

I somehow agree with Fed_Up, I think the password may be originally "white house is best" but they thought it was too long and ended up with "white is best". Now it sounds very weird
