Health Minister of Tigray tegadalay Dr Hagos Godifay calls Tigreans to prepare to rebuild Tigrean medical facilities.
He says the enemies will be removed from tigray, but we have to start to prepare to rebuild Tigray, primarily its medical facilities, for which tomorrow is just around the corner.
